  1. Survey: Two types of survey that we do suggest

  • Digital survey: If the area is vast & the angles are irregular shaped then we suggests digital survey to prevent wastage of space & ensure proper utilization of land.

 

  1. Site Analysis: Site analysis is very important before any design. Facilities and environment around the site and the entry of the site these are very important to know while doing the Project.

 

  1. Sub soil investigation: The level of soil that will stabilize the foundation of the project depends on the basis of soil test investigation.
  2. Architectural Design: All types of detailed planning of an establishment including the projects like form, function, aesthetics and costs are done by an Architect. We have been working with architecture for a long time in that light. And give utmost importance to the use of readily available materials which makes your installation aesthetic.
  3. Structural Design: Structure Engineer should be sound and economic. Our Structure Engineer follows BNBC code that considered earth quake load, wind load, sub soil condition and expenses etc.
  4. Plumbing Design: We consider the uses of water and sewage used by the project population are properly designed.
  5. Electrical Design: We focus on efficient and cost effective use of electricity. We do proper electrical design by calculating all types of loads so that electrical accidents can be avoided in future.
  6. 3D view & Animation: 3D & Animation are done as per client requirement.
  7. Fire Fighting Design: Fire accidents have taken a terrible shape in our country. For which proper fire fighting design and installation is very important. On which we have strict vigilance.
  8. Air Condition Design: Two types of Air condition Design. a . Central . b. Individual It is determined based on its requirements and vastness.
  1. Electro- Mechanical Design, Sub- station, Generator & Solar lighting system etc.
  2. Cost estimate, BOQ, Schedule of items & Tender document etc.
  3. Construction Supervision: We provide two types of supervision. a. Random Supervision. b. Top Supervision. (Top supervision is done by Architect and Structure Engineer.)
